The Trang Province is a wonderful place to visit regardless of the season. During the summer the beaches and forests invite visitor from all over the world. In the rainy season, the waterfalls come alive bringing with them the serene power and lifeblood of the country. Because the Ban Thad Mountain Range is nestled against the coast, it gets monsoon weather all year-round keeping the forest fertile and green.
Location
Waterfall in the Trang is located twenty kilometers from the city of Trang. The forest has the mountain range as its back drop. In the past, these mountains were a strong hold for the communists. In addition to history, this area also boasts several areas for rafting.

Highlights

The Sai Rung Waterfall: To get to the Sai Rung Waterfall takes the Thanon Khot to Thung Yao Road. Drive until you reach Kilometer Twelve. Turn left at the marker and continue driving for three kilometers until you reach the waterfall. This is a two level, moderate sized waterfall with crystal clear water. When the sun in shining, the mist produces colorful rainbows, which can be seen while swimming in the pools below.

The Ton Te Waterfall: To get to the Ton Te Waterfall, take Trang-Phathalung road and drive to Kilometer Fifty-three. Turn left and
proceed on Highway 4124 to Ban Had Lao for twenty-seven kilometers. Turn left, and continue driving for one kilometer to the waterfall. This waterfall falls 300 meters over granite into a large pool below.

The Ton Tok Waterfall:Tbe Ton Tok Waterfall is one kilometer from the Ton Te Waterfall. The texture of the water here is beautiful as it winds its way through many levels of stones. The water for this moderate-sized fall comes directly from the mountains. The most beautiful level, which should not be missed, is the lowest level.

The Lam Plok Waterfall: The Lam Plok Waterfall can be reached from Trang by taking Trang - Palian Road to Kilometer Thirty then turn left at the Lam Plok Waterfall. This is a moderate-sized, eight level waterfall, which crashes into an emerald green pool at the base. Of all the falls in the area, the.Lam Plok Waterfall is the cleanest and most pristine.

The Phrai Sawan Waterfall: The Phrai Sawan Waterfall is nestled between the Sai Rung and Lam Plok waterfalls. From above is a creek that meanders through the stones and forest before forming this moderate-sized fall. One appeal of this area is that you can supplement your sightseeing with rafting. This waterfall is located off from Thanon Khot -Thung Yao Road.
